Thanks to a discreet integrated fan system that extracts humid air, it holds chicken, sides, sandwiches, and other fried foods at proper serving temperatures above 140 degrees Fahrenheit while keeping items crispy, crunchy, and tastefully merchandised. Dual heating zones allow you to set the top and bottom zones independently, each with overhead radiant heat that’s user-adjustable via intuitive dials, and preset shelf heat operated by each zone’s power switch. With doors on both sides for easy access and flexible display options, you can count on visually appealing, crispy food that keeps customers coming back for more.
