Vollrath makes the case for mouthwatering fried foods with self-serve convenience. Our self-serve display case's open-front design allows customers to grab their favorite foods and go. Dual heating zones allow you to set the top and bottom independently, each with overhead radiant heat that’s user-adjustable via intuitive dials, and preset shelf heat operated by each zone’s power switch. With eye-catching lighting and an included wire rack for flexible display options, you can count on visually appealing food that keeps customers coming back for more.
