Thank you for your interest in Vollrath University. You are about to embark on a learning experience that is truly one of a kind. All of our sessions are led by our corporate product training manager, Chef Paris, who brings a decade of experience across fine dining, commercial kitchens and foodservice operations. Each training takes place in our beautiful 12,000-square-foot training area, where you will be provided with hands-on product experience, top-notch classroom instruction and a tour of our manufacturing facility. Training Offerings
Our in-person, three-day offerings include countertop equipment and smallwares product trainings, as well as trainings focused on custom serving systems, fabrication components and Stoelting frozen treats. Attendees can be part of a group from across the industry or part of a larger group from one organization. Evenings feature group dinners, with Vollrath staff sharing industry insights, perspectives and trends.
