Thank you for your interest in Vollrath University. You are about to embark on a learning experience that is truly one of a kind. All of our sessions are led by our corporate product training manager, Chef Paris, who brings a decade of experience across fine dining, commercial kitchens and foodservice operations. Each training takes place in our beautiful 12,000-square-foot training area, where you will be provided with hands-on product experience, top-notch classroom instruction and a tour of our manufacturing facility. Meet Chef Paris

Paris Dreibelbis is an accomplished chef and culinary educator with a passion for innovation and excellence in the foodservice industry. As corporate product training manager at The Vollrath Company, he leads training programs that enhance product knowledge, support customer engagement, and bring Vollrath’s culinary vision to life. 

Paris brings nearly a decade of experience across fine dining, commercial kitchens, and foodservice operations. He has held key roles, including Food Fanatics chef at US Foods and corporate chef at Alto-Shaam, where he developed recipes, conducted product demos, and supported new product development. 

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris has trained in renowned kitchens such as Spoon & Stable, Bacchus, and Ardent, and served as Team USA assistant at the 2018 Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France. His accolades include first place in the Ment’or BKB Young Chef Competition in Las Vegas. At Vollrath, Paris combines his culinary expertise with a passion for teaching, helping teams and customers make the most of Vollrath’s innovative product lineup.
