The Vollrath® double-well 10-lb Cayenne countertop deep fryer efficiently prepares a variety of fried foods while saving precious counter space. This fryer is thermostatically controlled to 375°F and has quick heating and recovery times. This double-well unit increases volume and variety while keeping food and flavors separate. Two nickel-plated steel fryer baskets have Kool-Touch® handles for your safety and comfort. The one-piece stainless steel tanks simply lift out by their handles, making cleaning easy and efficient, while nonskid rubber feet prevent the unit from moving during use. Thanks to its compact size, this unit fits nicely on any countertop.
