The Vollrath® induction fry pan is made of durable carbon steel that offers quick, even heating. Tall, curved side walls make stirring and sliding food out easy, while the wide, flat bottom increases efficiency. The SteelCoat x3 nonstick coating allows food to easily slide around the pan, requires less oils and fats and speeds the cleanup process. The silicone TriVent handle withstands temperatures up to 450°F, continuously, and up to 600°F, intermittently, and promises a safe, comfortable, ergonomic grip, while durable rivets ensure a strong connection and a long life.
