Four-third-size 120-volt Cayenne® model T43R Heat 'N Serve countertop rethermalizer
Maximize your serving capacity with the Vollrath® four-third-size Cayenne model T43R Heat 'N Serve rethermalizer. This unit has a 5-20P plug and is intended for use in Canada. The oversized well is made of thermoset fiber-reinforced self-insulating resin, increasing energy efficiency. With the direct-contact heating system, this rethermalizer uses up to 25 percent less energy and quickly heats your food. A capillary tube thermostat ensures temperature accuracy, and the recessed controls and switches prevent accidental adjustment. The low-water light and power indicator light keep you informed, and the dual 800-watt elements have a nonstick surface to prevent scale buildup, reduce cleaning time, and extend the life of this unit. The bottom-exit power cord provides flexibility in countertop placement, increasing the versatility of this compact, powerful rethermalizer.
