The oversized well is made of thermoset fiber-reinforced self-insulating resin, increasing energy efficiency. With the direct-contact heating system, this rethermalizer uses up to 25 percent less energy and quickly heats your food. A capillary tube thermostat ensures temperature accuracy, and the recessed controls and switches prevent accidental adjustment. The low-water light and power indicator light keep you informed, and a drain keeps cleaning simple. The dual 800-watt elements have a nonstick surface to prevent scale buildup, reduce cleaning time, and extend the life of this unit. The bottom-exit power cord provides flexibility in countertop placement, increasing the versatility of this compact, powerful rethermalizer.
