Twin-well 7-quart 120-volt Cayenne® model TW-27R rethermalizer with accessory package
The Vollrath® Cayenne model TW-27R rethermalizer is durable, energy-efficient, and easy to use. With the direct-contact heating system, this rethermalizer uses up to 25 percent less energy and quickly heats your food. With the two insets, two hinged Kool-Touch® covers, and two Kool-Touch ladles that come in this package, you have everything you need to operate this rethermalizer. Each well has an independent thermostatic control, allowing you to heat two different products at once, as well as a rethermalizing timer that stops warming when the timer ends. Once the timer is done, simply set your desired holding temperature to maintain heat. Knob guards prevent accidental adjustments, and the durable stainless steel exterior gives this unit a clean look.
