The Vollrath® Cayenne heavy-duty flat-top gas griddle is built to impress. The body of this unit and the custom burners are made out of durable stainless steel, and the polished steel griddle plate is 1 inch thick for even heat distribution and retention. The U-shape of the custom steel burners also helps evenly distribute heat while providing 30,000 BTU per burner. The manual control knobs are easy to use and will never break or crack, protecting the interior gas valves, while knob guards prevent accidental temperature adjustments. Heavy-duty back and sloped side splashes are 3 millimeters thick and prevent messes, while the welded seams make cleaning simple. Narrow grease trays fit easily into commercial dishwashers, and heavy-duty legs allow leveling adjustments to provide maximum stability. With five powerful burners, this griddle is ideal for any steak house, pub, coffee shop or restaurant.
