The Vollrath® Cayenne gas hot plate is powerful, compact and convenient. The body of this unit is constructed of durable stainless and aluminized steel. It features four burners with separate grates for easier cleaning. Each burner has an independent control knob, allowing you to cook multiple foods at one time. The metal knobs are made to resist cracking, protecting the interior gas valves. This powerful unit works quickly, evenly distributing heat for superior cooking. A front opening makes lighting pilot lights easy, and a full-width stainless steel drip pan simplifies the cleaning process. With 26,000-BTU per burner, this hot plate is sure to impress.
