The Vollrath® medium-duty fryer takes durability and performance to a new level. Fully welded oil tanks with drainage valves are even easier to empty and clean, and increased power is ideal for frying frozen products and more, with excellent recovery time between batches. Medium-duty single fryer ships with night cover and 2 stainless steel wire baskets with cool-touch handles.
