The Vollrath® 15-lb Cayenne countertop deep fryer efficiently prepares a variety of fried foods while saving precious counter space. This fryer is thermostatically controlled to 374°F and has quick heating and recovery times, making this unit suitable even for frozen foods. A designated cold zone keeps oil fresh longer, improving quality and taste. Two nickel-plated steel fryer baskets have Kool-Touch® handles for your safety and comfort. Nonskid rubber feet prevent the unit from moving during use and maintain stability. Thanks to its compact size, this unit fits nicely on any countertop.
