The Vollrath® 10-lb Cayenne countertop deep fryer efficiently prepares a variety of fried foods while saving precious counter space. This fryer is thermostatically controlled to 375°F and has quick heating and recovery times. Two nickel-plated steel fryer baskets have Kool-Touch® handles for your safety and comfort. The one-piece stainless steel tank simply lifts out by its handles, making cleaning easy and efficient, while nonskid rubber feet prevent the unit from moving during use. Thanks to its compact size, this unit fits nicely on any countertop.
