The Cayenne gas griddle by Vollrath is versatile, powerful and built to last. The U-shaped burners offer even heating over the entire cooking surface, and the thick polished surface top plate evenly distributes heat. The thermostatic control knobs ensure accurate heating and will never break or crack, protecting the interior gas valves. Each knob controls a 12-inch cooking zone. Backsplash and sloped side splashes prevent messes, and the welded seams make cleaning simple. With 56,000 BTUs of heating power, this impressive griddle is a great choice for any kitchen.
