The Vollrath® 36-inch Cayenne gas griddle is versatile, powerful and built to last. The U-shaped burners ensure even heating over the entire cooking surface, and the thick polished surface top plate evenly distributes heat. The manual control knobs are easy to use and will never break or crack, protecting the interior gas valves. Each knob controls a 12-inch cooking zone. Back and sloped side splashes prevent messes, while the welded seams make cleaning simple. With 84,000 BTUs of heating power, this impressive griddle is a great choice for any kitchen.
