The heavy-duty flattop gas griddle by Vollrath is built to impress. The body of this unit and the custom burners are made of durable stainless steel, and the polished steel griddle plate is 1 inch thick for even heat distribution and retention. The U-shape of the custom steel burners also helps distribute heat evenly while offering 30,000 BTU per burner. Thermostatic controls ensure accurate heating, and knob guards prevent accidental adjustments. The metal control knobs are easy to use and will never break or crack, protecting the interior gas valves. Heavy-duty backsplash and sloped side splashes are 3 millimeters thick and prevent messes, and the welded seams make cleaning simple. Narrow grease trays fit easily into commercial dishwashers, and heavy-duty legs allow leveling adjustments to provide maximum stability. With reliable heat and powerful burners, this griddle is ideal for any steak house, pub, coffee shop or restaurant.
