24-inch Cayenne® heavy-duty radiant / lava rock charbroiler
The Vollrath® Cayenne heavy-duty charbroiler is built for years of hard work. The stainless steel burner design and heavy-duty cast-iron radiants provide even heat distribution and retention, while durable gas valves last for years. Manual controls ensure accurate cooking temperatures, and their strong metal construction prevents breaking or cracking, protecting the interior gas valves. One side of the versatile grill plate features narrow surfaces with integral channels designed to dispense excess fat, while the other side has flatter and wider grill surfaces for more delicate items like fish. Angled adaptor bars enable the grill plates to be angled away from heat sources for slower cooking, directing grease away and minimizing flare-ups. Adjustable legs allow height flexibility based on your preference, while the fully welded stainless steel construction, back and side splashes, and narrow grease trays make cleaning easy and prevent grease and dirt buildup.

Strong metal knobs and knob guards won’t break or crack, protecting interior gas valves, and are guaranteed for life
