With a chrome-plated insert that holds items at the ideal angle for washing, this sturdy rack fits pans up to 2 ½ inches deep. And the insert can be removed easily for stacking, storage and cleaning. The open end on one side allows easy placement and removal of trays and pans of all lengths. The open profile allows thorough washing, complete rinsing, rapid drying and quick cooling for a beautiful, sparkling clean result. With double-wall copolymer plastic construction, this rack offers chemical, impact and heat resistance up to 180°F for 30 minutes. The peg corner design ensures secure stacking, and the light green color fits into your color-coded warewashing system.
