This 300-Series stainless steel adapter plate features two 8 ⅜-inch inset holes and fits standard steam table openings. This plate allows you to use round insets in a rectangular food warmer without spills or escaping steam. It covers the drop-in opening to maintain a polished look and holds insets securely in place. The durable stainless steel provides lasting reliability and is easy to clean. This plate is compatible with Vollrath® item number 78184.
