This 18-inch by 26-inch Dough Proofing Box from Vollrath is perfect for storing and proofing dough. It is NSF Certified and constructed of heavy-duty polypropylene. Multiple boxes can be stacked so the bottom of one box acts as the lid for the box below it.  Boxes are also great for storing cupcakes and other baked goods.
