The tapered saucepan by Vollrath is thoughtfully designed and elegantly constructed. It’s made of impact-resistant, energy-efficient aluminum, so it is incredibly durable and allows heat to spread along the base and walls evenly for superior results. The Steel Coat x3 nonstick coating uses advanced technology for longer life, better food release, faster cleaning and lower replacement costs, while the double-thick rim and bottom help maintain the shape and resist dents. A silicone TriVent handle withstands temperatures up to 450°F; promises a comfortable, ergonomic grip and minimizes heat transfer.
