The tapered saucepan by Vollrath is thoughtfully designed and elegantly constructed. It’s made of impact-resistant, energy-efficient aluminum, so it’s incredibly durable and allows heat to spread evenly along the base and walls for superior results. The SteelCoat x3 nonstick coating uses advanced technology for better release, faster cleaning and longer life, while the double-thick rim and bottom help maintain the shape and resist dents. The new handle provides a cooler, more comfortable ergonomic grip and is heat resistant up to 450°F continuous use, 600°F intermittent use.
