14-inch Wear-Ever® fry pan with HardCoat® strength coating and Cool Handle® silicone handle

The Vollrath® Wear-Ever fry pan is perfect for frying and browning. Made of strong aluminum, this durable pan will meet the high demands of your commercial kitchen and last for years. The HardCoat strength coating alters the surface of the pan with a unique electro-chemical bonding process that results in a nonporous and nonreactive surface that is 400 percent stronger. The insulated Cool Handle rubber grip sleeve offers a comfortable grip and is best suited for temperatures up to 450°F, if used continuously, or 600°F, if used intermittently, while the Ever-Tite™ riveting system promises a secure connection and a lifetime limited warranty against loose rivets.
