Its heavy-duty, impact-resistant aluminum construction heats and cools quickly, with a low-profile design that cleans just as easily. It features our premium CeramiGuard II nonstick coating, known for its exceptionally smooth cooking and release. The new handle provides a cooler, more comfortable ergonomic grip and is heat resistant up to 450°F continuous use, 600°F intermittent use.
