The versatile stainless steel water pan can be used with any induction heater and ensures even heating, while the porcelain food pan fits a wide range of food products. This chafer features a sleek, brass-plated handle that provides a comfortable grip and a slow-moving hinge design that holds the cover in closed, 45- or 90-degree positions for serving convenience. The cover can be removed for easy cleaning, and the reinforced bracket works with the rubber table casters to maintain stability and prevent movement.
