Made of 20-gauge carbon steel, the base is wrapped in black, scratch-resistant vinyl for a professional look and durable design. It's a sleek addition to any buffet, cafeteria, or other front-of-house area and even includes a buffet-style acrylic breath guard to protect against contamination.
For displaying and serving hot dishes, 4 food wells each fit a full size food pan (sold separately). Each well is also equipped with a high-efficiency 480W in-water heating element, a thermostat, and a dial control. Plus, the wells are sealed and feature manifold drains, eliminating the need for spillage pans. The station's work surface is made of 20 gauge 300 series stainless steel, making it durable enough for commercial use and easy to wipe down as needed. Below the work surface, an enclosed storage space provides the perfect area for storing supplies. A door conceals the area to keep the station looking neat and professional.
