Create a sleek self-service station with the 24-inch flush-mount drop-in heated shelf by Vollrath. Designed to blend seamlessly with other Vollrath drop-ins, this aluminum heated shelf features a hardcoat strength coating that alters the surface of the shelf with a unique electrochemical bonding process that results in a nonporous and nonreactive surface that is 400 percent stronger. Separate warming zones, which are identified easily by stamped marks, can be used individually or paired for maximum energy efficiency. Nine heat settings offer exceptional versatility, and digital thermostatic controls ensure accurate heating. The black color creates a streamlined appearance, making this heated shelf an attractive addition to your buffet or serving area.
