The Vollrath® Cayenne dual food warmer fits two full-size steam table pans. Operating at a total of 1440 watts, two independent warmers are thermostatically controlled for better heating and increased variety. The drainage hoses and controls are hidden behind a panel to create a smooth look for front-of-house use. With the lowest energy usage of any dual full-size warmer on the market, you can lower your costs and energy consumption when you plug into any 15-amp outlet.
