The Vollrath® 11-quart Cayenne 1776 & 1777 Colonial Kettle rethermalizer is ideal for soup, stew, chili and more. This 1000-watt rethermalizer is made of durable cast aluminum and coated in copper-colored epoxy to give it a traditional, attractive appearance. The recessed controls prevent accidental temperature adjustments, and the hinged lid seals heat inside while simultaneously allowing easy access. This kettle comes with display cards and clips to properly advertise its contents.
