The Vollrath® countertop induction wok range provides safe, high-efficiency heating with a gas-like performance. This impressive unit has 100 power settings for precise temperature control, as well as a turbo button that provides immediate heat. The digital controls are easy to use and clean, while the bright display keeps you informed. Several safety features extend the life of the unit and improve the overall experience. A 14-inch steel wok pan is included, providing everything you need for operation. This unit can be easily converted to a drop-in unit with the purchase of a stainless steel drop-in template.
