A designated cold zone keeps oil fresh longer, improving quality and taste. This double-well unit increases volume and variety while keeping food and flavors separate. Two nickel-plated steel fryer baskets have Kool-Touch® handles for your safety and comfort. Nonskid rubber feet prevent the unit from moving during use and maintain stability. Thanks to its compact size, this unit fits nicely on any countertop.
