There’s no need to worry about your cool foods getting into the temperature danger zone. These covers, which feature internal coolant fluid, can be frozen so that when you’re ready to go, just place it on the Super Pan to keep the contents chilled for the duration of the transport and holding. At serving time, your food temperature is just right.
