Full-size 120-volt Cayenne® Nitro™ rethermalizer
Safely heat a variety of foods with the Vollrath® Cayenne Nitro rethermalizer. This powerful rethermalizer is designed to take food from a chilled state to a safe heated temperature of 150°F or higher in less than 90 minutes. The energy-efficient direct-contact heating element quickly heats your food by concentrating energy into the well, and the heavy-duty bulb and capillary thermostat have overheat protection to help extend the life of your unit. The large well accommodates full or fractional size food pans up to 4 inches deep, and the extra-large water reservoir reduces the number of refills required for smooth operation.
