And, thanks to a temperature range of -20°F to 450°F, you can cook, serve and display in the same pan. The smooth curves and dramatic black coating create a stunning appearance, and the sleek flat edges prevent steam loss, making it notably more efficient than weaker pans with bent edges. Rounded corners allow easy pouring and are up to 300 percent stronger than traditional corners, and antijam stacking lugs ensure easy separation and lifting of the pan.
