Burger Press Project

When a burger chain decided to add a veggie burger to their menu, they learned that their regular burger press just wasn’t going to cut it. They struggled to cook the veggie burgers evenly and retain the juiciness and flavor they desired. We collaborated with them to design a custom burger press that was the appropriate size and weight, with a handle, that could be used to round the patties to maintain the shape. We then pressed and polished aluminum to make their perfect veggie burger press a reality.
