Vollrath Company Revamps Countertop Cooking Offering

Sheboygan, Wis. – February 1, 2023 – The Vollrath Company, a leader in the foodservice equipment industry and supplies, enhances the functionality of its popular countertop equipment line complete with a new look based on in-depth research. The updates provide valuable benefits for the end user in ease of use, functionality and performance. Improved quality components used in the redesigned models also offer increased durability, reliability and cleanability.

New and updated product features include:

  • Gas Equipment - Griddles, Charbroilers, Hot Plates: Zero clearance on sides to non-combustible surface; larger grease trays
  • Fryers: Indicator light for notification when oil is at temperature; quick heat up and recovery time between batches; three positions for ease of cleaning and pan removal
  • Hot Food Merchandisers: Thermostatically controlled heat; LED lighting; stainless steel interior
  • Half-Size Long Warmers: New warmer size when space is limited, accommodates half-size long, fourth-size, and sixth-size pans up to 6” deep; stainless steel well for durability and easy cleaning; user-adjustable thermostatic control; front dial access for easy temperature adjustment; indicator light when water needs to be added; lighted ON/OFF switch

Key elements of the visual redesign include a new distinct profile and a horizontal color-block feature that are noticeable in all updated models. The cohesive application of these features is combined with upgrades to improve optics and usage throughout the product line.
